Who writes the guides on this site, and what they focus on.

InjuryCalcTools keeps a small, named byline instead of an anonymous "editorial team." One contributor covers the site's guides, and every article carries her name so you can see who is behind the writing.

Priya Raman

Contributing Writer, Policy & Regulation

Priya writes the multiplier-method, per-diem-method, and settlement-factor guides on InjuryCalcTools. Her background is in tracking how regulatory and legal conventions get applied in practice, not just how they read in a statute, which is why the guides here spend as much time on documentation and disputed-fault mechanics as on the formulas themselves.

She does not publish a dollar figure without being able to say where the underlying convention comes from. Where no verifiable public settlement dataset exists, the guides say so instead of citing an unsourced "average."

How bylines work on this site

Priya bylines the guides and explainer articles. The calculators themselves are built and maintained separately; their methodology and update history are documented on the editorial standards page, along with who owns and runs InjuryCalcTools day to day.
