Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026.

These terms cover the calculators, guides, and reference pages on InjuryCalcTools. Loading a page or running a calculator means you accept them.

What the calculators are for

Every tool on this site multiplies your own numbers through a simplified, disclosed formula: medical bills times a severity factor, or a daily rate times recovery days. That output is a starting point for a conversation, built for education, and it is not a prediction of what your claim will actually settle for.

No professional relationship

Using this site, reading a guide, or submitting the contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship with InjuryCalcTools or Encore Editorial.

"As is," no warranty

The site, the calculators, and everything written here are provided as is. We do not guarantee the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular case.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, InjuryCalcTools is not liable for losses or damages tied to your use of the calculators, the guides, or any third-party site linked from here, including a settlement outcome that differs from an estimate shown on this site.

Affiliate relationships

A portion of the links on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you use them. That relationship has no bearing on a calculator's math or a guide's recommendations.

Changes to these terms

We can revise this page at any point; continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the updated version.
