Start with what this site does not do: it does not build a profile of your injury, your medical bills, or your case. Here is exactly what happens to your information when you use InjuryCalcTools.
Type a medical-bill total into the Injury Claim Calculator, pick a severity band in the Pain & Suffering Calculator, or enter your fault percentage in the Slip & Fall tool, and that number is processed on your device and nowhere else. There is no server-side database of claim inputs, no account to create, and no record tying a calculation back to you.
Standard site analytics track pages visited, general location, and device type, the same way most websites measure traffic. This tells us which guides are useful and which tools need work; it does not tell us what you typed into a calculator. You can block this with your browser's cookie settings or an extension.
InjuryCalcTools runs Google AdSense. AdSense may set cookies to show ads relevant to your browsing, and Google's own policies, not ours, govern how that data is used. You can adjust or opt out of ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings.
Some outbound links, including a few in the footer, are affiliate links. If you click through and take an action on the other site, we may earn a commission. That arrangement never changes a calculator's math or what a guide recommends.
The cookie banner on first visit lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change that choice later by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by adjusting cookie permissions directly in your browser.
If how we handle data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will move. Material changes affecting ads or analytics will be reflected here before they take effect.
